OUR PROCESS
Estimate
The renovation process begins with a discussion with Darrell by phone or email, followed by an in-person meeting to discuss in greater detail. Make sure you have a list of your needs, or any pictures or materials you wish to have.
We can discuss which items are essential for your project's success and which are optional here. These are the first steps to developing your plan and budget. You should have some idea of your budget, and don't hesitate to ask questions. Once complete, you’ll be provided with an initial estimate.
Plan
Darrell's craftsmanship begins after the estimate is approved, he then develops a customized design plan.
For each project, you will need to pick the materials such as flooring, countertops and backsplashes. When ordering items, please be aware that the timeframes will be impacted by whether they are available or not.
Create
Whether he is working on the renovation of an old home space or starting from scratch, Darrell's true craftsmanship shines through. You will experience this first-hand, as his detail-oriented design skills transform your space into a work of art.
Each material is carefully measured, sanded, painted, and installed, as if it were his own home. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, and renovations take time, so be patient. We guarantee that you'll be happy with our work.
Finish
It's finally here, your dream space! The DWC team meticulously crafted each piece, and they can't wait for you to view the completed space! After we have gathered our tools and cleaned up the area, we will schedule a walkthrough.
